Location to the tube was convenient.
The room felt quite small. The air conditioning unit was loud and didn't allow adjustment, this was disappointing. Breakfast felt subpar, it did not meet expectations.

Excellent stay close to museums

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the Natural History Museum. Housekeeping service was attentive. They neatly folded our clothes. Staff responded quickly to our needs. The hotel is conveniently located near three underground lines, facilitating easy access to various locations.
The room was slightly small (but i didn't spend a lot of time in it!).

The breakfast omelet was delicious, especially with mushrooms. Bacon was cooked perfectly, I really enjoyed it. The service during breakfast was attentive; the staff ensured everything was satisfactory.
